Terms of Use

1. The service

PakBazar is an online classifieds platform where users advertise items and services. We provide the space for ads only. We do not own, inspect, guarantee or sell the items listed, and we are not a party to any transaction between users. You deal with other users at your own risk, so please read our safety tips.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• One person should not operate multiple accounts to avoid limits or bans.

3. Posting ads

• Ads are published immediately without prior review. You are fully responsible for what you post.
• Ads must be truthful, in the right category and city, and describe a real item or service you are entitled to sell.
• Use only photos you own or have the right to use.
• Do not post the same ad repeatedly. We limit how many ads you can post, and may remove duplicates.

4. Prohibited content

You may not post anything that is illegal in Pakistan or that:

• involves weapons, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, or other controlled substances;
• is stolen, counterfeit, pirated or fake, including fake documents or currency;
• involves human beings, human organs, or endangered or protected animals;
• is adult, hateful, harassing, defamatory or misleading content;
• is a scam, a pyramid or get-rich-quick scheme, or asks for advance payment under false pretences;
• contains the personal information of other people without their consent;
• tries to harm the service, collect data automatically (scraping), or bypass our protections.

5. Removal and enforcement

We may hide or remove any ad, limit features, or suspend or delete accounts at our discretion, including when ads are reported by several users or when we believe these terms or the law have been broken, with or without notice.

6. Payments and fees

PakBazar does not handle payments between users. Posting a standard ad is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will clearly say so before you pay.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give PakBazar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and promote your ads on and in connection with the service.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

PakBazar is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that ads are accurate or that the service will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PakBazar and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from dealings with other users.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
